We have reached the stage in the process where I just need you to confirm that all the information I have is correct and to help ensure that your post booking experience runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

 

An additional reason for this form is the production of the USB boxes can take up to 3 weeks so if we design them before the wedding it will avoid any delays in getting your images.

 

Unless otherwise agreed the size of the USB box usually depends on the package you have booked.
